Like any other operation there is risk of anesthesia, allergic reaction to drugs, ,infection, Haematoma formation, Nasal dorsal irregularities ,absorption of graft material, nasal depression breathing problems, Unsatisfactory appearance of the nose etc.
• Surgeons who do Rhinoplasty occasionally has higher rate of complication.

Rhinoplasty is a difficult surgery .Even experienced surgeons can have complications as tissue healing is unpredictable, but in general lesser the experience more is the risk of unsatisfactory results

every year we get several patients operated elsewhere with unsatisfactory results Enclosed pictures show some of the complications and results of revision surgery. Complications are much higher with artificial implants such as silicone ,Gortex etc As a policy we do not use any artificial Implant in any of our patients.

Results
• In our last 20 yrs experience 85 to 90% patients are satisfied with their result. • A small number of patients require minor correction in 2 nd stage which is usually done 6 months to a year later. For second operation no additional fee is charged except for the Hospital, and anesthetists charges.
